大廚的職責包括但不限於:

  • 制定中餐菜單,並確保每道菜品口味、口感、色香味俱佳;

  • 根據客人要求和餐廳定量准備食材,保證廚房工作的高效性;

  • 确保食材的新鮮和衛生,遵守廚房相關操作規程;

  • 維護廚房設備的正常工作和清潔衛生,保證食品安全;

  • 指導廚房員工准確執行烹調步驟和菜品制作工藝;

  • 積極参與新菜品的開發和推廣工作,提高餐廳的知名度和競爭力;

  • 遵守公司的管理制度和要求,確保餐廳的良好營運。
     

The responsibilities of a Chinese chef include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing Chinese menus and ensuring that each dish is flavorful, well-presented, and meets customer expectations.

  • Preparing ingredients according to customer orders and restaurant reservations, ensuring high efficiency in the kitchen.

  • Ensuring the freshness and cleanliness of ingredients, adhering to kitchen operational procedures.

  • Maintaining normal operation and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, ensuring food safety.

  • Instructing kitchen staff to accurately follow cooking steps and dish preparation techniques.

  • Actively participating in the development and promotion of new dishes, enhancing the restaurant's reputation and competitiveness.

  • Adhering to company management systems and requirements to ensure the restaurant operates in good condition.

Host

Part-time/ Full-time

  • 熱情有禮地招呼客人,引導客人就座,并提供菜单和建議;

The responsibilities of a waiter/waitress include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly welcoming guests, seating them, and providing menus and recommendations.

  • Taking accurate and timely food orders from customers.

  • Providing professional dish introductions and recommendations, and answering guest questions.

  • Arranging cutlery and tables, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of tables.

  • Promptly cleaning tables and cutlery, providing a comfortable dining environment for customers.

  • Handling billing and payment matters.

  • Being attentive to guest needs and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Adhering to company rules and regulations to ensure smooth and standardized restaurant operations.
